[散分，高手进] 书面英语中的 套话短语，如 To whom it may concerned

学英语多年，现在感觉自己已经步入注重修辞水平。平时，阅读文章，报纸，经常会看到一些 英文中 的 套话短语，如
1，The last but not the least,
用于罗列时，比如1st, 2nd,...,the last but..
2，although not exclusively, 不排除特殊情况
3，to whom it may concerned, （写邮件用到的）
可是，平时自己望了好好收集这些很有用的短语，因为用了这些，显得比较有水准。所以，现在，希望知道的人，能给我多取些其余的类似短语。。

上个月，英国语言学家Jeremy Butterfield出版了一本新书A Damp Squid: The English Language Laid Bare。他根据牛津语料库（Oxford University Corpus）中的资料，统计得到英国人最常见的10句套话。对于老外，听到这些话，可能会觉得反感。但是，我觉得对于中国人，不妨好好学一下，偶尔用用，反而能增进语感，让native speaker“刮目相看”。
下面就是我做的笔记。

【中文解释】我个人（这个短语属于同义重复）
【例句】I personally don't like her.（我不喜欢她。）
4. At this moment in time
【中文解释】此刻（这个短语也属于语义重复）
【例句】What's your favorite song right at this moment in time?（此刻你最喜欢的歌是什么？）

【中文解释】恕我直言；冒昧的说；我并不想冒犯

【中文解释】不间断的；全天候的

【中文解释】显而易见的；明显的；另一种说法是it doesn't take a rocket scientist
【例句】We're talking basic common sense here - it isn't rocket science.（我们在这里说的是常识，又不是高深莫测的东西。）
